Welcome!   Registration Forms can be downloaded here,  and are also available in the church vestibule, or by contacting the Parish Office at 573-351-1107.   Completed forms may be dropped in the collection basket at Mass or mailed to the parish office at P. O. Box 595, Doniphan, MO  63935.
